In addition to these monthly(-ish) email newsletters, you can keep up with Kansas IPL by liking our Facebook page or following us on Twitter. We link to many interesting and informative articles about climate and energy, many more than we could fit into a newsletter.
In addition, we have a Google Group, which is mostly used for Facebook-like posts from people who don’t use Facebook. You can also join the Kansans for Clean Energy Google Group if you would like to be in on discussions of our coalition’s legislative agenda.
You probably have also noticed the faster pace of emails coming from the national IPL office these days. That’s causing a bit of confusion. Most of the short emails you’re getting are from the national IPL office.
The folks at IPL national raise the faith and climate conversation at the national level. They also support state affiliates with by maintaining a national network of IPL leaders, and offer matching/challenge grants to help state affiliates build new capacity. We quite literally wouldn’t be here without them.
Not that we are encouraging this, but if you really MUST cut down on inbox traffic and want to stay connected to Kansas IPL, you can use the “unsubscribe” link at the bottom of a national email. You will have the choice to unsubscribe from the national emails and remain connected to Kansas IPL.
